Role Summary

We're looking for a creative & commercial
Marketing Manager
to join us on our exciting growth journey. You'll be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across all of our five channels, as well as being the customer experience champion, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

This role is perfect for a marketer who's confident leading the creation of the annual marketing calendar, executing campaigns end-to-end, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in building our brand and driving customer love. In a growing brand, we'd love to recruit someone who is ambitious to grow and learn with the company.

Purpose of the Role

* Deliver engaging & creative marketing campaigns that increase awareness, footfall, and repeat visits, whilst being able to analyse the performance of those campaigns also.
* Lead the execution of menu launches and brand initiatives across all customer touchpoints – in-store, digital, CRM and social – with post-campaign analysis
* Lead our loyalty app proposition – focussing on getting more active users and analysing the impact of our promotions to drive different categories and occasions.
* Be the customer experience champion, analysing our customer feedback and customer journey data to make sure our customers love Coco.
* Optimise our always-on paid social media ads and targeting
* Lead our brand partnerships & collaborations
* Contribute ideas and insight to ensure our brand and marketing feels fresh, relevant, and aligned with consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver marketing activity across digital, social, email, PR, and in-store POS.
* Manage the brand marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns go live on time and on budget.
* Managing the marketing budget and finding efficiencies where we can
* Line management of our internal creative designer, briefing them on our menu and marketing campaign directions and ensuring we execute with excellence
* Briefing & helping to create engaging content for social channels and email campaigns, optimising for performance.
* Leading on local marketing plans i.e. new store openings, store support plans, refurbs re-openings.
* Creating great relationships with our internal CRM & loyalty team, external CRM partners, website partners & kiosk platform, so that we can brief them to deliver what we need, on time and to budget.
* Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour, providing recommendations to improve results.
* Being the main marketing contact for our store operational teams, ensuring all campaigns land well with our in-store teams
* Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, imagery, and messaging across all touchpoints.
* Keep up to date with marketing and food trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Monthly reporting on marketing KPIs and customer trends

Experience Required

* 3–5 years' experience in a consumer-facing marketing role (hospitality, retail, or food brands ideal).
* Hands-on experience in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and email marketing.
* Confident working with external stakeholders
* Comfortable using data and insights to optimise campaigns.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
* A passion for Italy, food and hospitality is a big plus
