Cyber Security Product ChampionPermanent | Eastleigh / Southampton | Flexible Salary + Hybrid Working We are seeking a Cyber Security Product Champion to join a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation based in the Southampton / Eastleigh area. This is a key role supporting compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act, ensuring required cybersecurity procedures are implemented by September 2026, with full compliance achieved by December 2027. You will take ownership of product cybersecurity processes, embedding security into software and engineering development in line with IEC 62443-4-1. Working across engineering, QA, information security, and corporate teams, you will identify gaps, develop improvement plans, and influence stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance and secure-by-design principles across the business. This role would suit someone with a cyber security background within life sciences, manufacturing, production, or industrial equipment environments.
