Position
Production Delivery Lead – Silverstone facility
Responsibilities
* Process design releases into manufacturing to ensure that build and development targets are achieved
* Maintain stock as necessary, scheduling re-orders of existing parts and coordinating the manufacturing schedules to ensure all targets are met
* Be responsible for the on-time delivery of all parts within the designated engineering sections
* Handle engineering changes through operations and manage the Bill of Materials for the responsible engineering section
* Be proactive when communicating with relevant stakeholders to report project progress and achieve delivery of all components and projects
* Report any deviations from the project plan to stakeholders in a timely manner to mitigate risk and manage expectations
* Develop a thorough working knowledge of the company\'s ERP system and contribute to its ongoing development
Qualifications / Requirements
* A sound understanding of basic engineering and manufacturing processes, including machining and composite manufacture
* Thorough understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
* Proven strong negotiation skills and previous ERP experience
* Ability to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
* Experience with MS applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
* Flexible attitude with the ability to work within a team in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment
