Our departments are at the forefront of imaging innovation featuring state-of-the-art DR technology, cutting-edge interventional suites, advanced CT scanners (Toshiba and Philips), Siemens MRI systems, and the latest ultrasound equipment.

Our service operates between 07:20 and 20:30, providing flexibility and work-life balance through structured shift options:
* 4-day week: 08:00 - 18:00
* 3-day week: 07:30 - 20:30
* Includes 12.5-hour shifts as part of the rota
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide effective support to Nursing Staff, Radiologists and Radiographers in all areas within Radiology. You will assist in the care and supervision of patients and interact with a multi-disciplinary team and members of the public in a caring, pleasant and effective manner. The role requires flexible working, including potential extended days in the department and weekend work. The candidate should have a commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork, good oral and written communication skills, and previous experience in direct patient contact. Evidence of commitment to ongoing personal development is required.

* GCSE English at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
* NVQ Care level III
* Care certificate

* NVQ Customer Service level III

* Working experience in a hospital, health-care or customer service environment
