Responsibilities Manage and follow-up on all inbound leads received through the website, live chat, email, telephone, eCommerce and other routes to market as quickly as possible Cultivate relationships with prospective customers through a variety of mediums including outbound calling, email, and social media Qualify and identify the needs of prospective customers and coordinate internally to provide a smooth handoff to the sales organization for efficient and timely follow up Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment Track and manage activities within Salesforce.com CRM and verify accuracy of data added to the database Maintain accurate records of leads passed from marketing to sales, conversion rates and success of leads converted into opportunities Identifies and updates duplicate and mis-identified lead records in Salesforce.com CRM Coordinate and schedule initial meetings with prospects as needed Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve the prospect to customer journey Maintain an active dialogue with marketing by reporting trends and common questions for improvement of lead flow process Make refinements to qualification strategy as product enhancements and new features are introduced Become astute at understanding challenges our prospective customers face and how our product fits their needs Serve as a brand advocate who contributes ideas, strategies and logic to advance the Jamf brand, culture and vision
