We’re hiring Team Leaders for matchdays at Preston North End Football Club.
This role includes handling alcoholic beverages and casual work during evenings and weekends.
Main Responsibilities
* Welcoming retail customers, ensuring till orders are taken correctly and that food/beverages are served in a timely manner, dealing with complaints and liaising with the Retail Stand Manager regarding matchday operations.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an optimal client service experience.
* Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices.
* Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising staff roles for the shift, managing customer queues, and completing necessary paperwork.

* Able to lead a small team.
* Able to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
* Able to deal with customers/spectators.
Location: Deepdale, home ground of Preston North End.
