What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Social Care Co - Ordinator REF: Sunderland 5277899 Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE Contract Type: Temporary, Anticipated 6 months Working Arrangement: ON site full time An enhanced DBS check with adults barred list completed within the last 12 months is required for the role The role: On behalf of a local council, we are seeking 5 Social Care Co-Ordinators / Support Workers for approximately 6 months. The supported living services requires dynamic Care Coordinators with the ability to work in challenging environments. Care Coordinators will be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome for people we support and have the ability to carry out PMVA training to support the individual with physical intervention if required. An enhanced DBS check with adults barred list completed within the last 12 months is required for the role, evidence will be requested following a successful offer. Where a successful candidate does not have the relevant check the offer will be withdrawn by the client. It is essential that you can work within the set rota patterns which require x3 12 hour shifts (8am-8pm) per week.
