Own Your Piece of the Swiss Payroll Puzzle:
Evaluate and select the most suitable payroll software for our client's needs.
Execute payroll with precision and guarantee timely payments for employees.
Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports, adhering to Swiss tax authority regulations.
Become an expert in local payroll processes, including managing involuntary deductions, liability payments, and union dues.
Oversee payroll expense collections and ensure meticulous reconciliation.
Continuously refine and improve payroll processes to keep pace with rapid company growth, all while prioritising compliance.
Stay abreast of evolving local regulations and policies, keeping client teams informed.
Collaborate seamlessly across departments, providing expert guidance on all things Swiss payroll.
Demystify complex payroll matters for employees, answering their questions with clarity in either German or French.
You're the Ideal Candidate if You:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Possess 3+ years of payroll experience with a focus on the Swiss market.
Have a deep understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and policies.
Excel at multitasking and meeting deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Foster strong interpersonal skills and explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way (in German or French).
Are a master of local payroll software solutions.
Navigate Microsoft Excel with proficiency (intermediate knowledge is a must).
Speak and write English fluently.
