Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd for the role of a Mechanical Craftsperson to join our Estates Team at Northgate Hospital. The suitably qualified and experienced candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Estates Department. Main Duties of the Job
* Undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new installations within healthcare premises, independently.
* Work on various building systems including energy-generating plant (steam & LPHW), DHWS & CWS systems, air compressors, laundry and catering equipment, drainage/sewerage, ventilation plant, air conditioning and refrigeration, BMS control systems, electrical building services.
* Perform fault finding and repairs of plant and equipment.
* Conduct condition surveys of mechanical systems and infrastructure within healthcare facilities.
