We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employability Practitioner to develop and grow our relationships in the Torbay area, to assist and empower participants by equipping them with the necessary tools and motivation to move closer to sustainable employment. Operating at the heart of communities in more than 650 locations across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, we work alongside job-seekers to understand their needs and goals, and tailor our service accordingly. The goal is to promote awareness and foster growth and understanding of those needs and the wider community.
