With a 20-strong energy team and ambitious growth plans, they focus on quality over quantity, from small rooftop systems to large ground mounts, and are now expanding into larger projects while maintaining their reputation for excellence. This hybrid role focuses on Solar PV maintenance and remedials, with occasional installations. You'll handle scheduled and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and system testing on domestic and small commercial systems. The patch covers Birmingham to Cornwall, with some overnight stays (allowance and accommodation provided). No weekend or call-out work; overtime is paid at time-and-a-half. You're a qualified Electrician with Solar PV experience, confident at heights, and skilled in diagnosing and fixing faults. You can hit the ground running and have the drive to progress into a technical expert or project management role, fitting well into a social, collaborative team.
