AM Global have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working model, of 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Description of role: Oversee the commercial and contractual management deliverables within the business with the common objective to successfully tender for & deliver projects for the Group. Advise a multi-disciplined team of Project Managers, Operations Managers, Cost Controllers and other supporting roles in all commercial/contractual & contract administration matters. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the PMO to deliver in line with the project and business objectives Fulfil the duties of a member of the Senior Management team. Ensure the Project Delivery Teams embrace necessary change, assisting developing improvements through lessons learned. Provide commercial support and direction to the operational team Ensure legal & contractual compliance requirements are being met. Co-develop strategic recommendations together with the PMO Manager and present to the Board for business changes relevant to project delivery ensuring we maintain sustainable commercial integrity and security.
