About the Role As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, you’ll manage a designated patch of tenancies and play a vital role in supporting residents, tackling issues, and helping our communities flourish. You will:? Deliver high-quality estate and tenancy management services? Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies? Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability? Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues? Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism? Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives? What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: ? Customer-focused — passionate about delivering excellent service? A team player — supportive, collaborative and positive? IT-literate — confident in using MS Office and case management systems Essential Experience Includes: Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations Delivering face-to-face customer service Administration and accurate record-keeping A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required.Housing-related qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential. ??
