Delenta is an award-winning, global coaching and mentoring management platform based in the

UK. We help coaching businesses run and scale their operations and secure large enterprise contracts with our smart analytics. We are the infrastructure for coaching firms across 32 countries who deliver leadership development to the world’s most recognisable brands.


We are not looking for a traditional marketer. We need a SaaS Operator with a strong sales & marketing background to turn a high-retention product into a high-velocity growth machine.


What you will actually do

If you join, your job is to build a repeatable GTM machine around a very clear ICP.

* Build and maintain a clean target list and prospecting pipeline
* Launch LinkedIn & email campaigns
* Create simple lead magnets that work (webinars, checklists, playbooks, short reports)
* Lead and test marketing campaigns including writing website/landing page copy
* Run nurture sequences with follow-up so leads don’t die in the process
* Work with the founding team to turn interest into booked demos and closed revenue


In the first 90 days, we want to see:

* Defined ICP lists and segmentation
* A series of sales and marketing campaigns launched
* Pipeline trending up with leading indicators (qualified leads, demo volume, conversion
* improvements)


You’ll probably describe yourself as:

* A builder, not a passenger
* Comfortable in ambiguity, but obsessed with outcomes
* Someone who can do strategy and execution
* Happy to write copy, launch campaigns, build lists, run tests, follow up leads and whatever it takes


You are building the machine itself. You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, the tools to

execute them, and a direct line to the revenue outcomes of the company.


Experience we care about

* B2B SaaS growth experience (startup experience is a big plus)
* You’ve built pipeline with marketing-led acquisition before
* You understand how to convert interest into revenue (not just “leads”)
* Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Ads, Apollo/Clay, HubSpot, landing page builders, and analytics


Location: Remote-first (Preference for UK, Europe, or South Africa). We operate a high-trust, high-autonomy environment. You should be based in a time zone that allows for significant overlap with our UK core team.
