Job Title: Dispensary Assistant
Location: Stourbridge, DY8 3SS
Salary: £12.72 per hour
Working Pattern:
We have two part-time positions available, that cover either morning and afternoon shifts. (1 in 4 Saturdays)
Exact shift patterns will be discussed at interview.
Hours: 24 hours per week (per role)
Type of Role: Permanent
About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering an excellent pharmacy service by:
1. Providing a friendly, confidential, and professional service to all customers
2. Accurately dispensing prescriptions in a timely manner, supporting safe and effective patient care
3. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming pharmacy environment
4. Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency
5. Supporting the dispensary with essential administrative tasks
6. Following company procedures and complying with all health, safety, legal, and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
7. A strong commitment to patient care and community values
8. Medicine Counter Assistant course or NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills
10. A reliable team player with a professional and supportive approach
