Description
Earn £50,000 to £55,000 pa, depending on skills and experience, with the option of on-call allowance of up to £211 for a complete week, with 34 days leave and instant pay access with ‘Stream’
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), with on-call on a rota basis
Based in Durham and working across the Northeast

What you’ll do
1. Lead repairs and maintenance services to deliver our customer promise
2. Manage internal trades and subcontractors to hit KPI’s and quality standards
3. Drive health and safety compliance across all teams and contractors
4. Control budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective services
5. Engage customers and communities so their voice shapes every decision

You have
6. A level 4 construction qualification or equivalent experience
7. A relevant health and safety qualification and CDM knowledge
8. Experience leading repairs teams through change and improvement
9. Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
10. Confidence to challenge, coach and inspire brilliant performance.

The practical bits
11. We typically work on a hybrid basis currently with 2 days per week in our Durhan office with the rest from home
12. You’ll work Monday to Friday
13. We work between the hours of 08:30 to 16:30
14. You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
