Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to customer queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services – help make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.
