Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours

1. The monitoring inspections will involve temperature testing of water outlets, TMVs, inspection of cold water storage tanks and hot water storage vessels, water sample collection, showerhead disinfection, and logbook auditing
2. Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of a Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG
3. The inspections will be undertaken using a PDA and web based electronic log book system
4. Undertake other water hygiene related tasks as required including Monitoring, Maintenance and Remediation works
5. The role will involve working in a multi-site capacity therefore you must be prepared to travel throughout the region

About You
Essential Criteria
6. Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
7. Must be able to pass a DBS check
8. Current Full UK Driver’s Licence
Desirable Criteria
9. Demonstrate previous experience in related water system remediation/maintenance works
10. City & Guilds or similar accredited Legionella control training
11. Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (HSC ACoP L8, HSG, Water Regulations)
12. Previous experience in the maintenance, servicing and testing of Chemical Water Treatment services
