Purpose Of The Job

To help to deliver Foster Denovos growing H&P proposition, the role holder will be part of a team who provides a high-quality central administration and support service to corporate clients. This service allows Principal Partners and Consulting Partners to primarily focus on building existing client relationships and developing new clients.

The role holder will also form part of the H&P Leadership Team to ensure we provide exceptional support to the Principal Partners and Consulting Partners and H&P team.

Job Summary

Lead, coach and develop direct reports within the H&P team.

Work within the wider H&P team while managing their own day-to-day clients and workload.

The role holder will be responsible for regular client contact as well as back-office administration and supporting advisers and Principal Partners and Consulting Partners on existing and new business.

Key Skills And Personal Attributes

As a Line Manager, to be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the team including effective resourcing, delegation of tasks, workload management, performance management (via monthly continuous performance reviews), development and engagement. Managing Employee Relations processes in line with FD policy with support from HR.

Deal with queries from their team as the first line of support.

Proactively work with H&P Practice Manager, and wider team, on the successful delivery of services.

Identify and work with H&P Operations Manager to continuously improve process and procedures.

Manage team income expectations

Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis

Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels.

Co-ordinate administration of schemes including renewals, medical underwriting, market reviews, claims escalation and accounts assistance.

Maintain client records and data in line with Secondsight systems and protocols.

Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, whilst keeping Advisers informed as appropriate.

Support Advisers with the re-broking and reviewing of schemes.

Collate market review information, negotiate with insurers and draft renewal reports/ emails. Contribute positively as required to broader H&P team and FD initiatives.

To participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence, and development initiatives.
