About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Liquor Brand Ambassador to represent leading premium and luxury spirits brands at Belfast International Airport. As the face of the brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and build lasting connections with international travellers.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about the drinks industry, confident in delivering product knowledge, and skilled in storytelling to elevate the brand's presence in a high-profile travel retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the brand's representative within the duty-free environment, ensuring a premium and professional presence at all times.
* Deliver engaging product education and tastings to travellers, showcasing brand heritage, quality, and uniqueness.
* Build strong relationships with retail staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and knowledgeable about the brand portfolio.
* Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store targets while enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
* Ensure brand visibility through merchandising standards, displays, and point-of-sale activation.
* Monitor competitor activity and share feedback with management to support market insights.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales figures, customer interactions, and activation success.
* Uphold all airport security, compliance, and responsible alcohol promotion policies.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or retail—ideally within the spirits, luxury, or travel retail sector.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse international travellers.
* Knowledge and passion for spirits, mixology, or the wider drinks industry (WSET or industry certifications are an advantage).
* A proactive, confident, and professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Must be flexible with shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (airport trading hours).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
