Are you interested in joining Sheffield City Council’s Housing Voids team, managing vacant properties? Do you possess excellent IT and customer service skills, along with experience in providing administrative and financial support? The role is based at Manor Lane but may require working at various locations across Sheffield.

You will:
* Deliver effective customer service, communicate clearly with customers, and adapt your communication methods to meet their needs.
* Input, maintain, locate, and provide data using both computerized and manual systems.
* Prepare and produce quality documents using various IT applications, supporting the Housing Voids team with relevant information.
* Maintain financial records, process orders and invoices, and review and make payments for utilities associated with void properties.
* Manage diaries effectively, book appointments, and handle paperwork for inspections, viewings, and sign-ups related to void management for Sheffield City Council housing properties.
