The Role
Running your own section with confidence and consistency
Working with seasonal British produce sourced locally
Supporting the senior chefs in preparation and service
Maintaining high culinary standards and a calm, organised section
Working daytime hours - lunch service only, Monday to Friday, with dinner service on Friday & Saturday only
