5. Contract: Temporary, full-time, 1 month project - to start ASAP
6. Shifts: Could be three 12 hour shifts F/S/S 9am to 9pm or five 9 hour shifts T/F/S/S/M
Overview
We are recruiting an IT Support Advisor for a short term project on a range of shifts below to support a 24/7 IT Helpdesk for a global MSP (to start ASAP).
You'll be resolving tickets from business professionals within the financial sector regarding IT Support queries, resolving at first point of contact, or working through a ticket queue.
This is a large organisation with senior infrastructure positions, so there could be the possibility of extension or promotion down the line.
Requirements
7. Strong technical help desk experience, with good customer service
8. Strong general IT support knowledge - Windows, SharePoint, Teams, Emails, Networks etc
9. MSP experience would be great to have
10. Experience raising and resolving tickets
11. Experience providing wide range of IT support - laptops/printers/WiFi/Windows/Email/SharePoint etc
What you'll do as an IT Support Advisor
12. Provide technical support to end users including product users/business representatives
13. Pick up and resolve tickets
14. Work at a fast pace to ensure issues resolved efficiently and effectively
15. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an excellent IT Support service
16. Be proactive in learning and developing new technologies
17. Adhere to company policies and procedures with particular attention to Cyber Security.
18. Exposure to hardware/software support, network troubleshooting, WiFi, Windows, SharePoint, Intune, ServiceNow etc
