Are you a passionate and experienced District Nurse Specialist Practitioner or hold equivalent qualifications, looking for a rewarding role in an urban and rural community setting?
The Inverness West Community Nursing team are offering the opportunity for an experienced District Nurse or equivalent qualifications, to hold a dynamic caseload of patients within a defined geographical area/neighbourhood.
The post holder will work as part of the team, provide leadership and supervision to registered and non-registered staff, and hold responsibilities and accountability for assessments, caseload management and patient-centred care planning.
The post holder will have advanced clinical assessment skills and be a non-medical prescriber, enabling them to be responsive to changing health care needs and complexities for the patients we support.
The Inverness West Community operates between 8.30 – 18.00 over 7 days per week including Public Holidays.
Driving licence and access to vehicle are essential for this role.
