Working within our Customers and Corporate team, you’ll help us deliver An Electric Britain by ensuring health, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and attend our offices when needed. The salary starts from £42,000, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for development.You’ll collaborate with leaders and teams to identify risks, implement improvements and share best practice. From policy development to hands-on guidance, you’ll make sure our people go home safe – physically and mentally.Who You AreWe’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a human approach. To be shortlisted, you’ll need:In-depth knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing principles, systems and legislationExperience providing advice and support in a similar environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to analyse data and turn insights into practical actionsNEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety (or working towards)Membership of IOSH (or working towards)Knowledge of electrical safety, gas safety, COSHH, CDM, RAMS and occupational healthNEBOSH or IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management (Preferable)What You’ll Be DoingSupporting delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across Customers and CorporateAdvising leaders on compliance and best practiceManaging policies, processes and investigationsUsing data and insights to drive continuous improvementBuilding strong relationships with colleagues and trade unionsPay, Benefits and CultureAlongside a starting salary from £42,000, you’ll enjoy a market-leading pension scheme and a range of flexible benefits including electric vehicle leasing, discounted gym membership, life assurance, tech vouchers and more.At EDF, we believe success has many definitions.
