Our client an independent firm on the outskirts of Chatteris are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to join their friendly team.
This represents a key appointment for the firm and is a very exciting opportunity where you will be given autonomy to run the office with minimal supervision and increase your responsibility as you settle into the position.
As an Accounts Manager, you will work closely with the Directors, managing a diverse portfolio of clients including small to medium limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships from various sectors. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
In addition to client management, you will oversee and assist in the development of junior staff, providing necessary support and reviewing their work.
The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA Qualified with strong and varied general practice experience. Excellent communication skills are essential to build and maintain successful relationships with multiple clients.
