Location: Northwest UK | Salary: £32,000 – £38,500 (DOE) | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Fire and Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ security systems are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing corrective and preventative maintenance on a wide range of fire and security systems.
Providing certification to ensure compliance with British Standards.
Participating in a shared emergency call-out rota.
Communicating effectively with clients, coordinators, and management.
Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.
Building strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
Managing your vehicle and stock to meet client needs.
Attending site meetings when required.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is technically skilled, professional, and customer-focused. You’ll need:
Proven experience servicing Fire alarms (addressable & conventional), intruder alarms (Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy), CCTV systems (Dahua, Hikvision), and access control (Paxton, Comelit PAC).
A solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and a professional appearance.
A full UK driving licence.
Willingness to undergo security vetting due to the nature of our work.

Working Hours
