Location: Upper Heyford
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon to Thursday, Alternate Fridays – 10am-6pm/11am-7pm
Hybrid Option: Work from home 2–3 days a week after passing probation

Responsibilities
* Answer and deliver exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, email and other channels.
* Strong computer literacy will be essential to the role, having the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently while managing customer interactions.
* Be able to work independently but the ideal candidate will also thrive in a team orientated environment.
* QA (Quality assurance) support responsibilities' which involve monitoring customer interactions both calls and live chats and providing constructive supportive feedback to agents.
* Analyse and interpret reports and performance data.
* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practice initiatives.
Requirements
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous training or coaching experience is beneficial but not required.
