About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star hotel in Cardiff. The successful candidate will ensure excellence in guest service, operational efficiency, and team performance across all departments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance). Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent guest satisfaction. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Work closely with department heads to achieve hotel objectives. Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance indicators to maintain profitability. Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and care. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance and morale. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments on staffing and budgeting decisions. Qualifications & Skills ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). ✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or operations in a 4-star or 5-star property. ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ✅ Proficiency in English (written and spoken). ✅ Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
