To diversify our rotational offer, we are adding new rotations* which will include:
* ICU

*These rotations will commence once the vacancy rate reduces to the agreed level.
Our department operates an integrated therapy service, where Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists work collaboratively in each clinical area. The culture of multidisciplinary working is well established and respected within the hospital.
The Therapy department is committed to providing an environment of professional growth, offering daily team huddles, regular departmental meetings, CPD time, performance reviews, and service development projects. Supervision is highly valued to support staff's professional development and career progression.
Main duties of the job
As an improvement and education-focused team, you will have access to robust in-service programmes, wider training supported by our practice development OT, and monthly Band 6 peer support meetings. Opportunities to supervise junior staff, educate students, and collaborate on Quality Improvement Initiatives and departmental audits are also available.
