Primary SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary SEN Teacher to join a brand new Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) unit in Wythenshawe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established provision supporting pupils with autism and speech & language needs, including non-verbal learners.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver highly tailored, engaging lessons to meet individual pupil needs
* Support pupils with ASC and complex communication difficulties
* Use a range of specialist strategies and approaches to promote learning, communication, and independence
* Work closely with support staff, SEN professionals, and families
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly autism and speech & language needs (desirable)
* Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
