The Role
As a Teacher of Business Studies, you will:
Deliver engaging, high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stage 4.
Inspire students to develop analytical, commercial, and entrepreneurial skills.
Support learners in achieving strong academic outcomes and examination success.
Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment opportunities, and departmental development.
Play an active role in the wider life of the school and its community.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be working towards achieving QTS.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
The ability to motivate, challenge, and engage students of all abilities.
High expectations of behaviour, attendance, and academic achievement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
