The Role:
We seek a compassionate, proactive, and organized Health Coach to support our Women’s Health Programme. This involves working closely with women of various ages and backgrounds to promote wellbeing, support lifestyle changes, and ensure smooth programme delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, experienced in coaching or health promotion, and empathetic.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering women’s health programmes, workshops, and support sessions.
2. Provide one-on-one coaching on lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing, and reproductive health.
3. Monitor client progress and motivate them to achieve health goals.
4. Facilitate group sessions and community events promoting women’s health awareness.
5. Maintain accurate records in compliance with data protection standards.
6. Contribute to educational resources and social media content creation.
7. Stay updated on women’s health research and trends.
8. Support programme evaluation and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred approach.
* Ability to inspire and motivate sustainable lifestyle changes.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualification in health coaching, nutrition, exercise science, public health, or related field.

Location and Travel:
This role is based in Havant but requires travel to other sites as needed.
