Join swim! – The UK's leading premium Learn to Swim brand, as a Swimming Teacher. We are seeking engaging and inspiring individuals to deliver high-quality, fun, and safe swimming lessons for children aged 3-11 years across various centres in the UK.
Your main responsibilities will include planning, delivering, and reviewing lessons, utilizing technology to enhance customer engagement, and working as part of a team to provide a premium experience. The role involves customer interaction, attending training sessions, and team meetings to share best practices.
This position is for weekday evenings and weekends, with lessons scheduled from 1.00 to 8.30 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am to 7.00 pm on weekends.

Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons to children aged 3-11, from non-swimmers to competent swimmers, using swim! resources.
2. Provide exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families.
3. Assess swimmers regularly using our online tracking system and celebrate their progress through our awards system.
4. Show customers around the centre, promote memberships, and participate in team meetings to share best practices.
5. Support venue operations by performing lifeguard duties and assisting the team as needed (training provided).
