Job Title: Children’s Home Deputy Manager
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
We are looking to hire a Children’s Home Deputy Manager to provide exceptional care, support, and guidance to children and young people.
Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are provided
- Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies
- Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments
- Promoting a positive culture within the team
Deputy Manager Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
- Experienced in a supervisory role within children's residential care Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary.
Deputy Manager Benefits
