Hourly Rate: $22/hr
Plus, enjoy attendance and production bonuses!
Shift: 1st shift - 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday opportunities)
About the Role
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? As a General Production Worker, you’ll be an essential part of our team, preparing and assembling materials for the construction industry. We’re looking for flexible team players who are eager to take on various roles. You’ll operate hand and power tools, as well as machinery, to cut and prepare steel for assembly.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and assembly of construction materials.
* Operate hand and power tools and machinery to cut and prepare steel.
* Perform tack welding on mild steel.
* Lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
* Work in extreme heat and engage in heavy lifting.
* Operate punch press and shear press machines.
* Participate in general production tasks, including roofing, assembly, and material handling.
Essential Skills
* Experience in production and general labor.
* Proficiency in operating cutting and bending machines.
* Ability to perform tack welding and MIG welding.
* Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $28.50/hr.
