Job Description
As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering a seamless, high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:
* Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations
* Deliver Excellence – Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards
* Manage Operations – Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training
* Innovate & Improve – Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or lounge management
* Strong leadership & people management skills
* A passion for delivering 5-star customer service
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
