Cherrybrook Care Home in Bradford is at a defining moment.
A large, dual-site, 120-bed specialist service supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, nursing needs and complex physical care and right now, it needs a leader.
CQC is Requires Improvement. (If you want to look back in two years and say, ‘That was my transformation’

The Opportunity: Two Years to Transform Cherrybrook Care Home
This is a full operational and commercial leadership role across both Cherrybrook sites (92-bed main home and 28-bed unit).
Achieve a strong CQC rating.
You’ll work alongside a Regional Director, CRM team and Quality support function. With commercial discipline.
You don’t manage from an office.Sound experience as a Home Manager, ideally in complex care, mental health or multi-site services.
Delivered measurable CQC improvements and strengthened governance frameworks.
Grown occupancy through relationship-building with commissioners and families.
