Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Senior Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties in Manchester. The Senior Floor Captain role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met. The position holder will have step up responsibilities for the contract Account Manager and will also have staff responsibilities so must know how to motivate, manage and coach the staff reporting into them.
Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, from 07.00 to 18.00 on a shift rotation (40 hrs per week).
SIA licence is desirable, but licence will be required during probation period.
BS7858 security screening is required for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our clients teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all
* Flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the Senior Floor Captain role
* Provide good and effective management of the team reporting into you
* Step up into Account Manager role in periods of absence
* Provide monthly stats for your area of responsibility
* all service lines will fall under senior floor captain's responsibility
