The Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, supporting the Operations Manager and providing direct oversight and guidance to our Service Managers. Key Responsibilities Include: · Oversee the day to day operations of multiple care services · Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards · Lead, motivate, and develop service managers and frontline teams · Drive, continuous improvement in support delivery, occupancy, and outcomes · Manage budgets and resources efficiently to achieve KPIs · Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and families · Champion a culture of person-centred care and staff wellbeing What We’re Looking For A minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector Proven experience managing people and leading teams A management qualification (e.g. ILM, NVQ in Management) Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care Strong knowledge of care sector regulatory bodies and compliance standards A commitment to continuous improvement and values-led leadership Why Join Us?
