Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks.

Responsibilities
* Be able to climb ladders and work independently with Work Orders for properties.
* Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
* Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
* Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
* Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
* Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
Qualifications
* Have a clean license without points.
* 2+ years of maintenance experience
* Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
* Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
* Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
* High school diploma/GED or equivalent
* Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Compensation
$25.50 - $27.50 hourly
