Water Treatment Engineer
Location: Wembley, London
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £36k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a prestigious and successful Water Treatment / Hygiene specialist with a busy presence across the South Eastern region. Due to recently winning new contracts within the M25, they are seeking a professional and reliable Water Treatment Engineer to cover local, static contracts. The ideal candidate will have a well‑rounded skillset and a desire to deliver high levels of service. Our client supports further training within the industry, in addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages.
Experience / Qualifications
* Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Engineer
* Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
* Ideally will have experience with process / technical water systems in addition to domestic hot and cold
* It would be advantageous to hold industry‑related training courses / qualifications
* Experience working across a range of sites
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Strong communication skills
The Role
* CWST inspections, cleans and disinfections
* TMV servicing and failsafe checks
* Chlorinations on tanks
* Calorifier inspections
* Showerhead descales
* Closed system dosing and sampling
* Flushing on little used outlets
* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
* Representing the company in a professional manner
