The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded, ideas-driven Content Manager to take ownership of our content strategy and execution across a growing multi-brand business.
With three established brands and two new launches planned this year, this role is pivotal in shaping how we position ourselves in the market — nationally and internationally.
This is not a passive content role. We're looking for someone who can build structure, drive campaigns, collaborate with senior consultants, and directly influence ROI and business development through impactful content.
The Role
This is a content-first growth role, sitting within a small but ambitious marketing team.
You will:
Own and develop the overarching content strategy across multiple brands
Create structure and cohesion across all channels and campaigns
Translate consultant expertise into high-impact, market-facing content
Lead content planning meetings with consultants and senior stakeholders
Align content with commercial objectives, ROI and BD outcomes
Analyse content performance and refine strategy accordingly
Work independently while collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing
Data and analytics form part of the role, but you will also have access to an external agency for support in this area.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Build a structured content roadmap aligned to brand and commercial goals
Map content across campaigns, markets and growth objectives
Integrate content across LinkedIn, website, whitepapers, video and social
Content Creation & Delivery
Write and edit high-quality:
Thought leadership articles
White papers
Social media content
Website copy
Video scripts
Repurpose long-form content into short-form/snackable formats
Confidently utilise AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
Campaign & Channel Integration
"Marry up" multiple channels into cohesive campaigns
Ensure consistency across three brands (with two more launching)
Work closely with consultants to amplify their market expertise
Commercial & Performance Focus
Track performance (currently manual reporting with scope to improve)
Gather qualitative feedback from teams
Understand and articulate how content contributes to:
ROI
Lead generation
Brand positioning
Business development
