We're working with a national, multi-site brand looking to hire a Growth Manager to take real ownership of their digital performance and customer acquisition.
This is a role for someone who wants to bridge the gap between strategy and execution - building data-driven marketing practices that drive measurable commercial impact at both national and local level.
The role
You'll own the growth strategy across digital, performance, and search, playing a key role in how the business acquires customers and scales. It's a mix of strategy, technical execution, and leadership, with high visibility across the business and its franchise network.
What you'll be doing
* Own the digital growth strategy, translating competitive insight into clear acquisition plans that deliver measurable results.
* Take full responsibility for website performance and conversion, continuously improving the user journey and lead quality.
* Drive SEO and paid channels to deliver consistent, high-quality demand at national and local level.
* Get the data and martech stack working properly, with clear tracking and actionable insight across the funnel.
* Manage agencies and partners to a high standard, keeping performance tight and commercially sound.
* Work closely with leadership and the franchise network to land digital strategy across a complex, multi-site business.
* Build and lead a team of digital and martech specialists that delivers, not just reports.

* Solid experience in a senior digital performance or growth role.
* Deep understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, and analytics.
* A track record of using data and performance marketing to drive measurable revenue growth.
* Experience managing websites, martech infrastructure, and performance data.
* Comfortable operating in a multi-site, franchise, or complex distribution model.
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at all levels.
* Commercial, hands-on, and delivery-focused.
