The Role:

You will play a key role within the lettings department, taking ownership of a residential portfolio and ensuring the smooth running of tenancies while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Conducting property inspections and overseeing compliance standards
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
* Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants
* Managing tenancy renewals, documentation and legal compliance
* Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventories
* Resolving issues efficiently and proactively
* Supporting the wider lettings function and contributing to service excellence

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in lettings or property management
* Organised, detail-driven and highly professional
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident managing their own diary and priorities
* Proactive with a solutions-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence essential
