Evening Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Pay Rate: £12.48 - £13.50 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced and dependable Counterbalance Forklift Driver (PM Shift) to join a leading manufacturing facility in Thetford, specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality cleaning products. This hands-on position is ideal for someone confident operating a counterbalance forklift, supporting efficient production flow, and maintaining safe and accurate handling of goods. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering weekly pay, full training, and long-term career potential within a supportive and modern working environment. Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe stacking and storage of products
Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
Maintain accurate stock movement and documentation
Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults promptly
Support packing and palletising when required
Adhere to all health and safety and site operating procedures
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production and dispatch targets Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) - essential
Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or production environment
Confident with stock handling, loading, and pallet management
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts
Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude Benefits
