Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the day-to-day running of a busy residential sales office, driving performance, supporting negotiators, and ensuring a high level of service to vendors and buyers. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced senior sales negotiator ready to step up, or an existing assistant manager looking to progress.
Key Duties
* Support the Sales Manager with daily office operations
* Conduct market appraisals and assist with winning new instructions
* Negotiate sales and manage transactions through to completion
* Support, motivate, and develop the sales team
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding branch targets
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in residential estate agency sales
* Proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals
* Strong negotiation and communication skillsConfidence conducting valuations
* Target-driven, professional, and proactive approach
* Local market knowledge advantageous
* Full UK driving licence required
Package
* Salary £27,000 OTE £40,000-£60,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday 8:45 to 6pm

* Commission based on individual and office banking
