Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our client's busy manufacturing site in Freuchie (north of Glenrothes). This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a high-performing engineering and maintenance function.

* Basic salary of 41,600 per annum
* Shift allowance of 12,480 per annum

Working as an Engineering Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing, developing and supporting the engineering team to ensure safe, effective and high-quality work
2. Planning maintenance activities and allocating resources to maximise uptime
3. Liaising with internal teams, external contractors and service providers to maintain high service standards
4. Monitoring workmanship and providing coaching and mentoring to improve performance
5. Ensuring all Health, Safety, Welfare and Environmental responsibilities are met within the department
