Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm inc I hour for lunch

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Armagh and Markethill Agency.
About the role:
Due to the continuing success of our growing Agency, we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser. As a member of our friendly and welcoming team, you’ll action calls from our customers, take part in sales activity and provide administrative support.
You will undergo a custom training programme to enable you to deliver an expert service to our customers by giving knowledgeable, tailored information on our range of products. You will assist customers with their queries to include, mid-term adjustments, quoting new policies, and looking after their renewals. There will also be aspects of claims, payment collection and financial service prospecting.
You’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, providing an exceptional service to both our existing customer base and our new customers with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer service role in either insurance or financial services. An excellent telephone manner, superb attention to detail and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do is essential. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.
About You
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service focus, with a passion for exceeding expectations
• The ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Confidence using computers and insurance software (training provided)
• Self-motivated with the ability to act on own initiative
