CDS Electrical are looking for a dynamic Electrical Services professional with sound experience in estimating and project management to deliver our varied electrical undertaking for a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Ownership: Taking enquiries from initial conception and pricing through to final delivery and completion.
* Team Leadership: Maintaining high standards and developing the team’s skills, ensuring they have the knowledge and support to deliver outstanding results.
* Technical Estimation: Producing accurate tenders in all aspects of domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations, AC, ASHP, EV charging, fire and security systems, PAT testing, and EICR compliance from conception to completion.
* Client Management: Managing and exceeding customer expectations through excellent verbal and written communication and expert time management.
What We Are Looking For
* Qualifications: Completed Apprenticeship and 18th Edition qualified.
* Technical Edge: Testing and Inspection qualified - highly desirable to fill a specific key gap in our senior team.
* Software Proficiency: Experience using Simpro as a CRM and end-to-end job management tool. (advantageous but training will be provided) Proficiency in EasyCert (or similar certification software) for producing professional BS 7671 certificates - Producing, reviewing and approving engineers certification.
* Project Expertise: Proven experience in pricing and managing workloads, including Reactive and Preventative Maintenance. Knowledge of Ventilation systems is a significant plus.
* Operational Savvy: Strong understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
* A clean driving licence
* Soft Skills: An outgoing, approachable team player with the ability to work on their own initiative, find solutions and multitask. The ability to build rapport with clients and maintain relationships is essential.
